Fallacy literacy training 2/15

This module focuses on the study of informal fallacies, examining their meaning and role in climate change discourse. However, there are more than 300 types of fallacies, and learning to identify each one requires time and extensive training. In this section, we provide a brief introduction to the world of fallacies to help you better understand them. This includes: (2.1) Basic Definitions, which is a fundamental set of concepts that will make the module more user-friendly; and (2.2) Example of a Failed Argument, as we believe that there is nothing better than a real-life example to illustrate complex ideas. Let’s begin by exploring some basic definitions and terms.
