Introduction
The AGORA project contributes to the objectives of the Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change by advancing best practices, innovative approaches, policy tools, and governance mechanisms to effectively engage communities and regions in climate action. By accelerating and scaling up adaptation processes, AGORA aims to build a climate-resilient Europe.
As part of this initiative, the Digital Academy against Climate Change Disinformation equips citizens and stakeholders with reliable, fact-checked climate information from credible sources. The Academy enhances public and stakeholder capabilities in media literacy, enabling them to critically assess information, identify disinformation, and engage in informed discussions. The Academy aims to promote evidence-based decision-making and strengthens resilience against climate change disinformation, empowering individuals and communities to address climate challenges effectively.
