Digital literacy refers to the set of skills, knowledge, and competencies required to participate meaningfully in the digital world. It goes far beyond knowing how to use a smartphone or a laptop. Digital literacy includes the ability to access, evaluate, and create digital content responsibly; to understand how digital platforms operate; and to act with ethical awareness and civic responsibility.
