  1. Be aware of echo chambers

An echo chamber is when you’re mostly exposed to views that mirror your own. Seek diverse perspectives, while still verifying credibility.

Why it matters for climate discussions:

Climate misinformation can flourish in closed spaces. Broadening your information sources strengthens your arguments and understanding

Follow experts from different fields (science, journalism, Indigenous communities, etc.) to get a fuller picture of climate impacts and solutions.
